Allow me to Introduce Myself Before I Say Goodbye

Hello my friends. I appreciate this opportunity to communicate my story to you and hope that I might have some impact on you, the reader. I have had a singular reason for writing this book and have great hopes that I have done a successful job at clarity during the process. I have opened the doors of my life and pulled back the curtains that have veiled my securities and insecurities, as well. I know that judgements will be made, and opinions garnered based on the level of exposure that I have committed myself to. It is a fast-moving life that we live in. Technology has brought information to light at lightning speeds. I mention this because we can easily fall off-pace, sometimes disregarding those far more important, deeper personal communications and connections. Though we may not stop or slow down progress, I do wonder if we are losing some of the intimacy that we have shared in the past. I have come to the summation that how we say goodbye is just as important as how we say hello. Not all Hellos are the same and certainly not all goodbyes. The people who touch our lives may move swiftly past and some will come and stay awhile. For those brief encounters, to those that are so long lasting, I would like to say a warm hello and a sincere goodbye... and Thank You
